An automatic, antimagnetic wristwatch with date, so called "Skinny Ingenieur"
Case: steel, screw back, anti-magnetic protection cap, IWC steel bracelet with deployant clasp. Dial: black, structured. Movm.: rotorwind movement, gilt, Glucydur balance.
The second version of the automatic Ingenieur models (1985-1988/89)
It is not possible to determine the exact nature of the calibre used for the second version of the automatic Ingenieur models with ref. 3506/3516. IWC sources only specify calibre 37531; however, as in this case (calibre 375), there are other calibre designations such as 3752 or 37521. Apart from the metal used for the oscillating weight, both movements seem to be identical.
