An ultra-thin, skeletonized Geneva wristwatch in near mint condition
Case: 18k gold, push back, AP 18k gold buckle. Dial: silvered. Movm.: bridge movement, Glucydur balance.
This extremely rare ultra-flat Audemars Piguet watch dating from the 1990s has an elegant silvered dial with Roman numerals and a fan-shaped, skeletonized aperture, which reveals a part of the watch movement.
The extra-flat calibre 2003 with a record-breaking thickness of only 1.64 mm was developed in 1955 and was at the time the flattest movement ever produced by any brand.
