An ornamental pendant watch "Petal" studded with diamonds, rubies and amethysts
Case: 18k gold, translucent enamel, diamonds, rubies, amethysts. Dial: enamel. Movm.: bridge movement, cylinder escapement, ring balance.
This exquisite gem can be worn either side up and the superior quality of the goldwork is striking. The surface is finely carved with chased flowers round the edge. The naturalistic, translucent green enamel leaves blend well with the aptly placed ruby cabochons. Two oval amethyst cabochons set with diamonds complete the picture.
