A decorative gold enamel verge pocket watch studded with half pearls
Case: 18k gold, polychrome enamel. Dial: enamel. Movm.: full plate movement, keywind, chain/fusee, three-arm brass balance.
The edges of this fine Swiss pocket watch are on both sides studded with half pearls. The back shows an enamel medallion with a wonderful miniature painting of two young ladies at the altar of love. The background is decorated with engine-turned pattern and translucent cobalt blue enamelling.
