Case: 18k gold, hinged push back, case maker's punch mark "FB". Dial: gilt. Movm.: bridge movement, screw compensation balance.
A lady’s very early and extremely striking wristwatch by Breguet. The watch still has some features that are characteristic of pocket watches, such as a pusher on the case for setting the hands, a key winding mechanism and the gold dome bearing the Breguet signature.
