A style icon of timeless elegance – this is one of the first models of the "Ellipse D'Or". Reference 3739/2 and its sisters 3738, 3739 und 3739/1 came on the market in 1978 and were produced until the mid 1980s. The model was the first Patek Philippe watch with the new automatic and ultraflat calibre 240 fitted with a micro rotor.
