Case: 18k gold, push back. Dial: silvered. Movm.: rectangular movement, screw compensation balance.
Created in 1835 by Jean-Pierre Gay and Gaspard Tissot from the workshop of Geneva dedicated to the fabrication of chains, Gay Frères became popular outside its borders since the middle of the XIX century because of the quality of its work and the originality of its creations. Becoming the supplier of the biggest Swiss watches companies in the beginning of the XX century, the company seized the opportunity to create a complete industrial process with all the required production techniques.
