A gentleman's almost as new automatic wristwatch with second time zone, date and alarm - with original box, transport carton, operating instructions and certificate
Case: 18k rose gold, screwed on glazed back, crown for setting the hours and minutes at "2", crown for setting the second time zone at "4", reeded band, 18k Breguet rose gold deployant clasp. Dial: white gold, engine-turned, signed, numbered, radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds, power reserve indicator for alarm, window for alarm setting at "12", second time zone with Arabic numerals at "3", date window, 24h indicator, blued Breguet hands. Movm.: rotorwind movement, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 5 adj., 38 jewels, 1 hammer / 1 gong, Glucydur screw balance, shock protection for balance.
"Le Réveil du Tsar"
Tsar Alexander I admired Breguet immensely, so was in his honour that in 2003 Breguet introduced "Le Réveil du Tsar" on the market. The technological masterpiece was equipped with alarm as well as second time zone functions.
In 2003, Breguet had two inventions patented which are both featured in this watch - the column-wheel mechanism which locks and activates the alarm, and a device which coordinates the alarm with local time.
