Case: 18k gold, polished, engraved monogram, gold dome with dedication engraving: "PRESENTED TO P. J. HEALY ESQ. AS A SLIGHT TOKEN OF ESTEEM & APPRECIATION FROM THE CUSH FAMILY 1889-1909", case maker's punch mark "FT" (Frederick Thoms, London). Dial: enamel, radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds at "9", 30h power reserve indicator at"3", signed, blued spade hands. Movm.: 2/3 plate movement, frosted, gilt, signed, chain/fusee, screwed chatons, English lever escapement, gold screw compensation balance, chatoned diamond endstone on balance.
