There is no time like the present – The mechanism of this "perpetual calendar" is only programmed until the year 2100, when it will fall victim to the much-maligned planned obsolescence. Until then, however, it will gracefully adorn any type of writing desk; the calendar has no movement or power system and all five indications are set simultaneously by a daily press of the button.
