Die Modelle der Seamaster-Linie aus dieser Zeit zeichnen sich durch ein für die entsprechende Epoche typisches Design aus, das sich jedoch auch heute noch als äußerst tragbar erweist. Im Vergleich zu den meisten Seamaster-Modellen hat diese Uhr ein massiveres Gehäuse. Das Zifferblatt besticht durch seine einzigartige goldene Sprenkeloptik.<br>Die Seamaster Automatic Day-Date präsentiert sich in einem exzellenten Zustand. Nach unserer Einschätzung ist das Gehäuse unpoliert und zeigt die ursprünglichen Abschrägungen an den Bandanstößen. Die Gehäuseseiten sowie die Lunette sind mit ihrer ursprünglichen, gebürsteten Oberfläche versehen. Das Seamaster-Medaillon auf dem Gehäuseboden ist deutlich erhaben. Das Zifferblatt präsentiert sich ebenfalls in einem exzellenten Zustand. Die Leuchtmasse ist vollständig und hat eine leichte Patina entwickelt, die mit dem Zifferblatt perfekt harmoniert.

<br>This Seamaster Automatic Day-Date was produced in 1969. The Seamaster models from this time present a design, which is quite typical for the period, yet very much wearable today. Compared to most of the Seamaster models this watch features a bulkier case. The dial catches the eye with its distinctive speckled pattern.<br>This Seamaster Automatic Day-Date is in excellent condition. In our opinion the case remains unpolished and has the original bevelling at the lugs. The sides of the case and the bezel still feature the original brushed surfaces. The Seamaster medallion on the back of the case is visibly raised and the dial is also in excellent condition. The luminous mass is complete and has acquired a gentle patina which complements the dial perfectly.
