This watch is one of the very few remaining deck watches with degree dial. Only very few such timepieces were produced as pocket watches or aviator's watches from 1936 to 1939. The Lepine-style pocket watch features a silver dial with blued steel hands. The design of the degree indication follows the first draft:
- degree-minute hand – one revolution in 4 minutes
- large degree hand – one revolution in 4 hours
- small degree hand – one revolution in 24 hours.
The centre second hand is stopped by the push-piece for the hand setting.
