The Royal Oak Automatic reference 14700 only had a short production run in the early 1990s. It was produced during a transitional period in 1990/91 before being replaced by the well-known reference 14790, which was in production for nearly 15 years. Because of the slimmer bezel and the larger dial, the Royal Oak reference 14700 appears bigger than it actually is, which gave it the name "Mini Jumbo".
This Royal Oak Reference 14700 in the coveted 18 K gold case comes from the original owner and has a gorgeous shimmering dial decorated with ten diamonds. The watch is in very good condition. Both the case and dial are original and untouched. The gold case has some few superficial age-appropriate scratches. The combination of matte and polished parts creates a unique look.
