In 2009 Horacio Pagani, creator of the correspondent luxury automobiles, reached out to Antonio Terranova, co-founder and designer of the Cvstos brand, to commission a wristwatch inspired by Pagani's remarkable cars.
The numerals on the semi-skeletonized dial resemble the tachometers in these exceptional cars; the hands bear the Pagani logo. The automatic mechanical chronograph movement is fitted with a Cvstos oscillating weight, which employs Cvstos’ own palladium/titanium technology. Antonio Terranova designed the weight in the style of a spoked Pagani wheel rim, which is revealed by the sapphire crystal case back. The case design is inspired by the bodywork of the car and the seams of the leather strap are reminiscent of the car interiors finished by Pagani’s most skilled craftsmen.
