This watch has a great charisma! It impresses with its slightly patinated, honey-coloured OCC dial (Officially Certified Chronometer) and the lance-shaped gold hands without luminous material. The case and bezel have a few signs of wear due to age, but are in beautiful condition. The movement, calibre 1030, is clean and has a blue hairspring. The extremely long Milanaise bracelet in 14 K gold with a Big Logo clasp from the late 1950s is in exceptional condition.

References 6564 and 6567 are identical except for the bezel. Case and back were interchangeable.
In fact, the Rolex reference 6564 (sometimes also known as the "Oyster Perpetual without date) was originally inspired by the Rolex Explorer model but later evolved in to a much more elegant watch. Rolex reference 6564 was produced for about 30 years and established itself all over the world as an alternative to the Rolex Datejust. Calibre 1030 was produced between 1950 and 1957 and was also used in later models.
