<br>Mit der Einführung der MK XII im Jahre 1994 markierte IWC die Rückkehr ihrer klassischen Fliegeruhr. Das Gehäuse misst 36 mm im Durchmesser und hat eine Höhe von 10,4 mm. Im Inneren befindet sich das Automatikkaliber IWC 884, welches auf das Basiskaliber 889/2 aus dem Hause Jaeger-LeCoultre 889/2 zurückgreift. Die Mark XII Referenz 3241 war in Edelstahl und Gelbgold mit schwarzem Zifferblatt und in Platin mit blauem Zifferblatt und in limitierter Auflage von nur 500 Exemplaren erhältlich. Mit ihrem nüchternen Design verkörpert sie das Ideal von der einfachen, aber perfekten mechanischen Uhr.

<br>With the introduction of the MK XII in 1994, IWC marked the return of its classic pilot's watch. The case measures 36 mm in diameter and has a height of 10.4 mm. The watch is fitted with the automatic calibre IWC 884, based on the Jaeger-LeCoultre calibre 889/2. The Mark XII Reference 3241 was available with a black dial in stainless steel and yellow gold and with a blue dial in a limited platinum edition of only 500 pieces. With its sober design, it embodies the ideal of the simple but perfect mechanical watch.
