In 1930 the "Brauhaus Nürnberg" was the largest brewery in North Bavaria, producing approx. 350,000 hectolitres of beer per year.
It was founded in 1889 by merging the "Liebelsche" and the "Bernreuthersche" breweries. Later the "Konrad Denk'sche" brewery was included as were many other Franconian breweries in the following years. In 1897 the name was changed to "Brauhaus Nürnberg". The watch comes from family property.
