<br>Dieses besondere Stück, entstanden in den 1860er Jahren, bekam um 1890 ein neues zeitgemäßes bei Patek Philippe gefertigtes Savonette Gehäuse.<br>Wir vermuten, dass die Uhr vom Vater an den Sohn weitergegeben werden sollte. Aus diesem Anlass wurde sowohl das Gehäuse als auch das Adelswappen mit dem entsprechenden Monogramm aktualisiert.

<br>This remakable timepiece was originally created in the 1860s and updated with a more modern hunting case made by Patek Philippe circa 1890.<br>We assume that the watch was to be passed from father to son and that this was the reason for modernising the case as well as updating the monogram on the family crest.
