Constellation Globemaster Annual Calendar Co-Axial Master Chronometer

A very attractive wristwatch in near mint condition, with annual calendar and date - Chronometer with Co-Axial escapement. With original box, guarantee card, master chronometer certificate card, pictogram card, limited edition certificate and operating instructions

This 41 mm Globemaster was launched as a limited edition of only 52 pieces. The matted platinum case is fitted with a polished and fluted bezel. The crystal back reveals a central 18 K white gold medallion on the plate with green enamel and decorated with the observatory motif that is mandatory for a Constellation. The green enamel is repeated on the hands and indexes of the matted platinum pie pan dial with the Constellation star. It is reminiscent of the first Constellation models of the early 1950s. Between the hour indexes the names of the months are written in English, the date is displayed at 6 o’clock.
The watch is powered by the proprietory coaxal calibre 8923, certified as master chronometer by METAS and shielded from magnetic fields of up to 15,000 gauss. It also has a detached silicium balance spring and two barrels arranged in a row.
