This Ellipse D'Or, reference 3598 has an 18 K gold case and is in immaculate condition with a uniquely aged blue dial, gold baton indexes and elegant dauphine hands. It is powered by the ultra-thin caliber 16-250 manual winding movement, which is the smallest mechanical movement made by Patek Philippe.
