This pocket watch is a high-quality timepiece with remarkable complications such as the second time zone and the dead centre seconds.


French watchmaker Vincent Reinhart was born April 2nd, 1839 in Rapperswill in the canton of Sankt Gallen in Switzerland. In 1869 he married Frédérique Louise Mayer (1843-1877) in Limoges. He died in Moscow on 8 October 1875 at the age of only 36.
