The Black Bay P01 diver’s watch was inspired by a prototype developed in the late 1960s during a research study and then offered to the US-Navy. However the project was not realised and the prototype was kept in the company archives, to be brought back to life again 50 years later. The timepiece features a bidirectional bezel and a locking mechanism to protect against unintended adjustment.
