After the great success of both green Submariners "Kermit" reference 16610LV and "Hulk", Ref. 116610LV, a new Submariner version, reference 126610LV with a black dial and rich green Cerachrom bezel was launched. This model was nicknamed "Starbucks" after the colouring of the bezel, whose green is reminiscent of the logo of the coffee franchise; the reference designation "LV" stands for "Lunette Verde" (green bezel), in contrast to "LN", which stands for "Lunette Nero" and means black bezel.
