This attractive wristwatch chronometer is in excellent condition. It has a beautiful 14 K gold case in excellent condition, a smooth bezel and an extremely well preserved dial with luminous Arabic numerals, as well as beautifully shaped leaf hands of the same gold colour. The central seconds hand is white and blends harmoniously into the overall picture, making the timepiece a real eye-catcher on the wrist
The convex shape of the case back, which houses the automatic winding mechanism, gave the Rolex Bubbleback its nickname. It was produced from the early 1930s to the mid-1950s in various materials and with a variety of dials and was the best-selling Rolex model for a long time.
