<br>Der Schweizer Uhrmacher Hector Golay hatte seine Firma in London und fertigte im zweiten Weltkrieg und auch noch kurz danach Beobachtungsuhren speziell nur für die Royal Navy. Man verwendete dazu hauptsächlich Schweizer Werke der Unitas Watch Co. aus Tramelan und von Edmont Mathey-Tissot aus Genf.

<br>Hector Golay was a Swiss watchmaker in London. He produced deck watches especially for the Royal Navy during the Second World War and even shortly afterwards. He mainly used Swiss movements from the Unitas Watch Co. in Tramelan and from Edmont Mathey-Tissot in Geneva.
