<br>Die Rückseite dieser Uhr trägt das Logo des Chemieunternehmens BASF, wie es seit 1873 Bestand hatte, als die Badische Anilin- und Soda-Fabrik mit zwei Stuttgarter Firmen fusionierte; so entstand das Signet aus zwei Wappen mit dem Stuttgarter Pferd und dem Bayerischen Löwen mit Anker, das bis 1922 und ähnlich auch nach der Neugründung 1952 nochmals für kurze Zeit Verwendung fand. Die Uhr war ein Geschenk anläßlich eines 25-jährigen Dienstjubiläums.

<br>The back of this watch bears the logo of the chemical company BASF, as it had existed since 1873, when the Badische Anilin- und Soda-Fabrik merged with two Stuttgart companies; thus the signet was created from two coats of arms with the Stuttgart horse and the Bavarian lion with an anchor, which was used until 1922 and similarly again for a short time after the reestablishment in 1952. The watch was a gift on the occasion of a 25-year service anniversary.
