The extract from the archives issued by the watch museum in Glashütte lists the handsome sum of 1361,60 marks for this minute repeater, which was delivered to the C. Metzel company. This was a jewellery in Halberstadt in Saxony-Anhalt. The ornate monogram and dedication comes from the Gustav Gessner engraving workshop in Glashütte. This watch is in excellent condition and has clear and appealing repeater sound.
