Reference 156 was originally designed as a pilot’s watch fort he German Luftwaffe, but it was never included in the list of equipment of the German military. The chronograph was produced from 1987 to 1997 and is today considered a valuable and unusual cult piece - due to the small production numbers, it is incredibly hard to find.
